Academy Court, Hurlford

Academy Court was completed in 1990 and consists of 15 houses and flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats have a communal stairway and access is by door entry system.

The garden area is maintained by the Association.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

Academy Court is located just off Academy Street, 100 yards from the Post Office and the library, and 200 yards from a range of local shops including the Co-op. Banks, building societies, major supermarkets, dental and health practices are one and a half to two miles away, in Kilmarnock.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Academy Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
