Alpin Road, Dundee

Situated just north of "The Law", Alpin Road has a range of local shops and a library within half a mile and banks, medical and dental centres within a mile. It is within easy reach of Dundee city centre for all other amenities. Completed in 1996, the development consists of three houses and nine flats. Scheme Management and Maintenance

Alpin Road is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
