The Association maintains gardens. Banks, building societies, a choice of pubs and restaurants and the health centre are about a mile away. The development is well positioned for the main shopping centre in East Kilbride. Scheme Management and MaintenanceArran is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
