Arran is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Completed in 1985, the development consists of five houses specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties have gas central heating. The Association maintains gardens.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

The dental surgery, library and supermarket are just 100 yards away, whilst the Post Office and a good range of local shops are within three-quarters of a mile. Banks, building societies, a choice of pubs and restaurants and the health centre are about a mile away. The development is well positioned for the main shopping centre in East Kilbride.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Arran is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
