Baker Street, Glasgow

Baker Street is a cul-de-sac running parallel to Kilmarnock Road, which is easily accessed through a lane from the development. Completed in 1989, Baker Street consists of 16 flats, eight of which are specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. There is private parking for tenants and visitors.

The Association maintains the communal garden areas.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

The Post Office is just 100 yards away and within 600 yards there is a wide range of shops including a supermarket, a choice of pubs and restaurants, and banks and building societies. There are a number of dental practices within 300 yards whilst the health centre and library are about half a mile away. Queen's Park is close by.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Baker Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
