Castlegate House, Dingwall

Image of Castlegate House, Dingwall

Castlegate House, originally a church, was formally the home of the Ross-shire Journal. Converted to modern housing in 1993, the development consists of 11 flats, three of which are designed for wheelchair users. Located off Castle Street, Castlegate House has a school, library, Post Office, banks and building society, dental surgery and a wide range of shops, all within about 300 yards. The local health centre is also close by.

All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats have a communal door entry system and the three flats for wheelchair users have powered doors. The Association maintains the landscaped grounds.
