There are a good range of local amenities; the Post Office and local shops are within 300 yards and the bank about 800 yards away. The Co-op and Costcutter supermarkets are within a one-mile radius, as is a choice of pubs and restaurants, the library and dental practice. The health centre is just over 2 miles away.

Charlotte Hill Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
