Crossmount Court, Carluke

Located near to the town centre, Crossmount Court is 400 yards from the health centre, Post Office and banks. There is a good range of shops, including a supermarket, and a choice of pubs and restaurants, the library and dental surgery within 800 yards.

Completed in 1996, the development consists of ten flats, all having double glazing and gas central heating. The flats are accessed from a communal stairway and have a door entry system.

The Association maintains the communal garden area.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Crossmount Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
