Completed in 1996, Crossmount Court consists of ten flats. All properties have double glazing and gas central heating. The flats are accessed from a communal stairway and have a door entry system.

The Association maintains the communal garden area.

Located near to the town centre, Crossmount Court is 400 yards from the health centre, Post Office and banks. There is a good range of shops, including a supermarket, and a choice of pubs and restaurants, the library and dental surgery within 800 yards.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Crossmount Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
