Situated just off Whifflet Street and about three-quarters of a mile south of The Time Capsule, Doune Park Way consists of four semi-detached bungalows specially designed for wheelchair users. The dental practice is almost adjacent to the development whilst the Post Office, library and a good choice of restaurants and pubs are just 100 yards away. There are local shops, including a supermarket, within 600 yards and banks and the health centre are within half a mile.

Completed in 2000, all four properties are double glazed and have gas central heating. Each bungalow has its own garden.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Doune Park Way is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
