Fraser Street is situated close to the Association's other development at Glenside Drive. Completed in 1984, Fraser Street is a small development of five bungalows for wheelchair users. All properties are double-glazed and have gas central heating. The garden area is maintained by the Association. The library is 500 yards away and the medical centre 600 yards. Within half a mile are banks, the Post Office, dental surgery, a range of shops including a supermarket, and a few pubs and restaurants. Scheme Management and MaintenanceFraser Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
