Fulbar Street, Renfrew

Fulbar Street is a small courtyard development close to the centre of Renfrew. Within 500 yards you will find a dental surgery, Post Office, banks and building societies and a range of local shops including a supermarket. The health centre and a choice of pubs and restaurants are within a radius of just over half a mile. The library is just over three-quarters of a mile from the scheme. Completed in 1993, the development consists of ten flats, five of which have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. Upstairs flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The Association maintains the garden grounds.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Fulbar Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
