Fulbar Street, Renfrew

Fulbar Street is a small courtyard development close to the centre of Renfrew. Completed in 1993, the development consists of ten flats, five of which have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. Upstairs flats are fitted with door entry systems. The Association maintains the garden grounds.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

Within 500 yards you will find a dental surgery, Post Office, banks and building societies and a range of local shops including a supermarket. The health centre and a choice of pubs and restaurants are within a radius of just over half a mile. The library is just over three-quarters of a mile from the scheme.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Fulbar Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
