A small courtyard development, Gateside Street is 200 yards from the library, 300 yards from the Post Office, banks, dental surgeries and a wide range of shops including a supermarket. The health centre is 400 yards away and within a 500 yard radius there is a choice of pubs and restaurants. Completed in 1988, the development consists of a house and ten flats. Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment.
