Consisting of just two houses for wheelchair users, the development was completed in 2001. The Post Office is just 300 yards away whilst within a one-mile radius there is a wide range of shops including a supermarket, banks, building societies, the dental practice and a number of pubs and restaurants. The library and health centre are just over a mile away.

Both properties are double glazed and have full central heating.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Grange Avenue is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to North Lanarkshire Social Work Department with whom we have a nomination agreement for the houses at Grange Avenue.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
