Greenhead Gardens, Dumbarton

Greenhead Gardens is located off Greenhill Road and is near to the main Glasgow Road. The Co-op, library and Post Office are within 100 yards of the development. Within a half mile there is a good range of shops, including a supermarket, a bank and a choice of pubs and restaurants. The dental surgery and health centre are both within a mile.

Completed in 1985, the development consists of 13 properties, eight of which have been specially designed for wheelchair users. All are double glazed. The ground-floor properties have gas central heating with electric heating in the upstairs flats.

The Association maintains the garden areas.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Greenhead Gardens is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
