Hopefield Terrace/Argyle Street, Leith

Situated in the heart of Leith, close to Britannia and to the new Scottish Office, the Association's development is in adjoining streets. It was completed in 1983 and consists of 20 flats, ten of which have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. Four flats are fitted with door entry systems. There are garden grounds, which are maintained by the Association.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

There are a wide range of shops, a Post Office, bank and building society, pubs and restaurants all within a few hundred yards of the development. The library and the dental surgery are 200 yards away and the medical centre 300 yards.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

The scheme is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.

We participate in City of Edinburgh Council’s common housing register, EdIndex. If you would like to apply for a house at Hopefield Terrace or Argyle Street, you should complete an EdIndex application form.
