Situated in the heart of Leith, close to Britannia and to the new Scottish Office, the development is in adjoining streets. The scheme is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
