John O'Hara Court is located in the Camelon area of Falkirk and is close to the Mariner Centre. The dental surgery is 100 yards away and the Post Office 300 yards. The medical practice is also close by. Within three-quarters of a mile there is a range of shops and a choice of pubs and restaurants. Banks, building societies and the library are about a mile away.

Completed in 1988, the development consists of 17 properties in all, of which nine have been specially designed for wheelchair users. All of the flats are double glazed, have gas central heating and are fitted with door entry systems.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

John O'Hara Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
