Keir Hardie Street, Methil
Located in south Methil, close to our scheme at Denbeath, Keir Hardie Street is 200 yards from a Post Office, 300 yards from the library, and there is a range of shops, pubs and restaurants within 600 yards. A bank is about half a mile away, as is the dental surgery and medical centre. A major supermarket is just over a mile away. Completed in 1993, the development consists of two houses designed for wheelchair users, and four flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats have a shared stairway with a door entry system. | | |
There is a garden area, which is maintained by the Association. Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year. Keir Hardie Street
