Situated in the Ochtrelure area of Stranraer, Kerrsland Road has banks, building societies, a Post Office, a library, a dental practice, a health centre, a wide choice of pubs and restaurants, and a good range of local shops including a supermarket, all within three-quarters of a mile.

Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment.
