| Kirriemuir Place is a courtyard development located just off Paisley Road West, close to schools and with good public transport. The dental surgery is 100 yards away and the health centre close by. The Post Office is 200 yards away and, within a 500 yard radius, there is a library, banks and a large range of shops including a supermarket. Completed in 1994, Kirriemuir Place consists of five wheelchair flats, all of which have separate wheelchair storage and charging rooms with room for chair transfer, and four first-floor flats for older people. All properties are double glazed and have gas central heating. The upstairs flats have a shared entrance with a door entry system. The Association maintains the communal garden areas. Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
