Kirriemuir Place, Glasgow

Completed in 1994, Kirriemuir Place consists of five wheelchair flats, all of which have separate wheelchair storage and charging rooms with room for chair transfer, and four first-floor flats for non-disabled people. All properties are double glazed and have gas central heating. The upstairs flats have a shared entrance with a door entry system. The Association maintains the communal garden areas. Some of the flats have their own gardens. Kirriemuir Place is a courtyard development located just off Paisley Road West, close to schools and with good public transport. The dental surgery is 100 yards away and the health centre close by. The Post Office is 200 yards away and, within a 500 yard radius, there is a library, banks and a large range of shops including a supermarket. There is a wide choice of pubs and restaurants within half a mile. Cardonald College is close by.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Kirriemuir Place is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
