Lawson Place is a quiet cul-de-sac just off Barfield Road. The development has some local shops nearby with a wider range of amenities including a supermarket, banks, building society, library, dentist, clinic, post office, pubs and a restaurant all within one and a half miles of the development.

Completed in 1997, the development consists of 17 houses and flats. All properties are double-glazed and have electric central heating. The flats have a communal door entry system.

The landscaped areas are maintained by the Association.

Additionally, you may wish to apply to the Housing Department of The Moray Council as we have an arrangement to house applicants from Council lists for a number of our vacancies.

Please note, vacancies do not arise often at this development and new applicants will be held on the Association's housing waiting list.
