Lower Kessock Street is situated in a bustling part of Inverness, less than 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Completed in 1997, the development consists of a house and six flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating throughout. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The Association maintains the communal landscaped areas.

Shops and amenities

There is a Post Office just 200 yards away and, within half a mile, there is a wide range of shops including a supermarket, banks, pubs and restaurants. The health centre is about 700 yards away, there are a number of dental surgeries within a mile and both the Royal Northern Infirmary and Raigmore Hospital are within two miles.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Old Bridge Court is managed from the Association's Aberdeen Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in Edinburgh.
