Lundy Gardens, Fort William

Located in the centre of Inverlochy, just on the northern edge of Fort William, Lundy Gardens is 200 yards from the Post Office, 600 yards from the health centre and dental practice, and within 800 yards of a good range of shops including a major supermarket. The library is about three-quarters of a mile away. There are banks, building societies, a couple of pubs and a number of restaurants within a radius of one mile.

Completed in 1984, the development consists of 16 flats, of which eight have been specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating.

The garden area is maintained by the Association.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Lundy Gardens is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
