Marmion Crescent, Edinburgh

Marmion Crescent is located off Gilmerton Road, close to The Inch park. Completed in 1990, the development consists of a house and 21 flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats have door entry systems. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system.

The Association maintains communal garden grounds.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

The development is adjacent to a health centre and a dental practice is about 500 yards away. There are local shops and a Post Office and bank. An excellent range of shops can be found in the Cameron Toll centre just half a mile away. The library is just over a mile away. There is a choice of pubs and restaurants within a one and a half mile radius.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Marmion Crescent is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.
