All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats have door entry systems. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system. The Association maintains communal garden grounds. There is a choice of pubs and restaurants within a one and a half mile radius. Scheme Management and MaintenanceMarmion Crescent is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.
