Mill Court is situated off Mill Road and on the banks of the River Garnock. Completed in 1997, the development consists of eight houses all of which are double glazed and have gas central heating.

The Association maintains the communal garden areas.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

Mill Court is 100 yards from the Post Office and 300 yards from banks and the dental practice. Within a 500 yard radius there is a range of local shops including a supermarket. The health centre is about half a mile away whilst the library is two miles away in Beith.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Mill Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
