Completed in 1988, the development consists of nine flats designed for wheelchair users and ten upstairs flats. There is also a communal lounge and laundry. All properties are double-glazed and have gas central heating. Upstairs flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The garden area is maintained by the Association.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

Mill Street is very close to Ayr town centre. Within 500 yards of the development is the dental surgery, Post Office, banks and building societies, a good range of shops including a supermarket, and a choice of pubs and restaurants. The library is 700 yards away and the health centre just over one and a half miles.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Mill Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
