Milton Street is just 200 yards from the medical centre and 300 yards from the dental surgery, bank and building society. There is a choice of pubs and restaurants, a Post Office and a library within 400 yards. A good range of shops, including a supermarket, is less than half a mile away.

Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
