Muirmont Court, Bridge of Earn

Muirmont Court is situated just off the Kintillo Road at the south end of Bridge of Earn. It is a quiet courtyard-type development next to a Servite Housing Association sheltered complex. Bridge of Earn is about a 10 minute drive from Perth town centre, where there is a very wide range of shops, library, Post Office, building societies, medical centres and the hospital. The dental practice is 400 yards away and a bank about half a mile.

Completed in 1998, the development consists of 14 houses and flats. All properties are double-glazed and have gas central heating.

The Association maintains communal landscaped areas.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Muirmont Court is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
