Completed in 1999, Nelson Place consists of 14 flats, each being double glazed and having gas central heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. The Association maintains the communal garden areas.

Situated off Nelson Street at the centre of Huntly, the Post Office, banks and library are 100 yards away. There are a couple of pubs and a restaurant within 200 yards. The dental practice, Huntly Health Centre and a good range of shops less than 500 yards away.

Please note vacancies do not arise often at this development and new applicants will be held on the Association's housing waiting list.
