| New Lairdship Place is located off Broomhouse Road and looks out over extensive playing fields. The library, Post Office and health centre are within 400 yards, whilst the dental surgery is about half a mile away. There are several local shops and the shopping centres at Wester Hailes, South Gyle and Hermiston Gait are close by. Several pubs and restaurants are within a one mile radius. Completed in 1995, New Lairdship Place consists of 18 houses and flats. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats have door entry systems. Please note that our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis.
