Scheme Management and MaintenanceOld Inverkip Road is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office with maintenance issues being dealt with from the Maintenance Department in our Edinburgh Office. Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment.
