Old Bridge Court, Forres

Old Bridge Court is a quiet cul-de-sac just off Nairn Road. Within half a mile there is a Post Office, banks and building societies, a library, the dental surgery, a choice of pubs and restaurants, and a good range of local shops. The larger supermarkets are in Nairn and Elgin. The health centre is about 500 yards away.

Completed in 1995, the development consists of 28 houses and flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

There is communal landscaping which is maintained by the Association.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Old Bridge Court is managed from the Association's Inverurie Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in Edinburgh.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
