Old Bridge Court is a quiet cul-de-sac just off Nairn Road. Completed in 1995, the development consists of 28 houses and flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

Shops and amenities

Within half a mile there is a Post Office, banks and building societies, a library, the dental surgery, a choice of pubs and restaurants, and a good range of local shops. The larger supermarkets are in Nairn and Elgin. The health centre is about 500 yards away.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Old Bridge Court is managed from the Association's Aberdeen Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in Edinburgh.
