Overton Court, Kirkcaldy

Located in a small cul-de-sac, Overton Court is 300 yards from the dental surgery, 400 yards from the Post Office and about 800 yards from the library and health centre. There are a number of local shops, a supermarket is less than a mile away, and there is a wide range of shops in the centre of Kirkcaldy itself. There are several pubs and restaurants within a mile of the scheme.

Completed in 1996, the development consists of eight houses and four flats. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Overton Court is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.

Applying for a House

If you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement.

Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply.

Rent and Service Charges

Rents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment. All tenants receive a detailed Service Charge Statement every year.
