Overton Court, Kirkcaldy
| Overton Court is located in a small cul-de-sac. Completed in 1996, the development consists of eight houses and four flats. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. The communal garden area is maintained by the Association. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system. There are a number of local shops, a supermarket is less than a mile away, and there is a wide range of shops in the centre of Kirkcaldy itself. There are several pubs and restaurants within a mile of the scheme.
