Park Court, Ellon

Park Court is situated in a mixed, mainly residential area close to the centre of Ellon. Completed in 2007, the development consists of 11 flats. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The garden area is maintained by the Association.

Shops and amenities

Ellon Primary School and Ellon Academy are both close by as are local amenities such as the Post Office, dental surgeries, banks, pubs and restaurants, a wide range of shops, including a supermarket.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Park Court is managed from the Association's Aberdeen Housing Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
