Completed in 1990, the development consists of 15 properties, five of which have been specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric central heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The garden area is maintained by the Association.

Local Services

Shops and amenities

Pattison Street is located just off Dumbarton Road, 100 yards from the library, banks and Post Office. There is a wide range of shops, including a Co-op, a number of pubs and restaurants, and a dental surgery within 600 yards. The health centre is just over a mile away.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Pattison Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office whilst the Maintenance Department is based in the Edinburgh Office.
