Pensioners Row, Campbeltown
Pensioners Row is a listed building situated close to the harbour area of Campbeltown and is within a conservation area. The building was completely refurbished by the Association in 1995. There are ten houses and flats in all, four suitable for wheelchair users, one for people with limited mobility and, on the first floor, five for people with general housing needs. All properties are double-glazed and have Hydro-Electric Total Control heating. All of the flats on the first floor are linked into a door entry system. The gardens are maintained by the Association.
