The first, at Deveron Street, will comprise of six one-bedroom flats of which two are designed for wheelchair users. The second block, on George Street, will have six two-bedroom flats and, again, two will be designed around the needs of wheelchair users. The site is a brown field site which has small light industrial unit and which will be demolished on the approval of our planning Application.
