Cala Sona Court Elevation

The redevelopment of Cala Sona Court has been carefully designed to foster the special sense of community there and will make the most of the wonderful views across the Clyde Valley. The sloping nature of the site means that over half of the new flats will be at ground-floor level, making them as accessible as possible. Phase 1 of this two-phase project is now underway.

Eighteen new homes with affordable rent are planned to be built on the site of the former Church of Christ/Community Hall at the junction of Calder Place and Calder Gardens. The flats will be contained within a single block which rises three storeys at the Western end and to four storeys at the Eastern end.
