Property Development

The Association has been developing high quality housing solutions for the last 33 years and now has around 1500 properties under management.

The Renewal and Development staff have acquired a wealth of experience over this time in providing housing for wheelchair users, people with limited mobility, the elderly and those with general needs. Our staff have a wide range of professional expertise and qualifications, ranging from engineering, surveying and architecture in developing housing.

The Association provides housing with the highest quality of design, and specifications which:

  • include innovative solutions to a broad range of challenges
  • offer sustainable solutions to a variety of environmental issues
  • reflect our expert knowledge of delivering housing for people with individual needs
  • draw strength from joint ventures and partnerships with other organisations.
