Within minutes of Leith Links Park and off Restalrig Road, Barleyhill Terrace sits well with the residential characteristics of the surrounding area. The flats were designed to face south for maximum solar and light gains and were tailored specifically for relaxed and easy living with an open plan living and kitchen area, and en suite shower rooms in five of the flats. Six of the flats were developed under Edinburgh Council's affordable housing policy, known also as the Section 75 agreement. The remaining six were purchased as "off the shelf" properties. | Image of some of our properties at Barleyhill Terrace |

The redevelopment of Cala Sona Court has been carefully designed to foster the special sense of community and makes the most of the wonderful views across the Clyde Valley. The sloping nature of the site means that over half of the flats are at ground-floor level, making them as accessible as possible. Phase 2 of this two-phase project is now underway. | Image of some of our properties at Cala Sona Court |
