In 2008/09 we completed almost £2 million of investment in our properties, including:

The first of its kind...
Solar panel installation and electric wet system heating works were undertaken at Lundy Gardens, Fort William and at 117 Kilmallie Road, Caol in January 2009. The tenants should all benefit from free hot water in the summer months.
