The Association has been developing high quality housing solutions for the last 33 years and now has around 1600 properties under management.
The Development staff have acquired a wealth of experience over this time in providing housing for wheelchair users, people with limited mobility, the elderly and those with general needs. Our staff have a wide range of professional expertise and qualifications, ranging from engineering, surveying and architecture in developing housing.

| Image of Rowan Group Logo | MBHA are members of the Rowan Group, a consortium group of housing associations that also includes Barony, Dunedin Canmore, The Link Group, Manor Estates, Muirhouse Housing Association, Prospect Community and Viewpoint Housing Associations as well as Malcolm Homes, the market letting service of the Dunedin Canmore Group.
