Maintenance moves at Margaret Blackwood

Billy Black has been appointed Maintenance Manager at Margaret Blackwood Housing Association. Formerly the Association’s Technical Officer responsible for maintenance and major repairs in the west of Scotland, Billy’s remit will cover day-to-day reactive maintenance, cyclical maintenance, adaptations to properties to suit the needs of disabled tenants, and operational management of the Small Works Team, now widely known as the SWOT team.
Sharon Brady-Wardrope – who has been the Association’s Maintenance Manager for the last four years – becomes Planned Maintenance Manager and takes on a more focused responsibility for planned maintenance following the recent completion of a very detailed stock condition survey.
