It wasn’t so much a dress-down Friday as a pyjama party at Margaret Blackwood Housing Association’s head office in Edinburgh last week as staff supported the Children in Need Appeal.

Many of the usual suspects were in the frame with Dougie “Chippendale” Farmer in particularly notable – some would say nightmarish – form. Another dreadful sight for those awakening after their first coffee was Jock “Mother Hubbard” Welsh.

After a “Who owns the teddy” competition – teddy bear, that is – raffles, home baking and other extortion rackets, a total of £251.91 was raised for Pudsey and friends.

MBHA’s Edinburgh office has raised over £900 for various causes in the last 12 months alone.
