Download a No.63 Brochure

If you have a disability and need some time away, our  short-break and respite service within our housing scheme at Broom Court, Stirling has been specially designed to meet your needs. No.63 is a beautifully furnished house close to historic Bannockburn and with views across to the Ochil Hills and beyond.

Built on two floors with access provided by a lift, No.63 has three self-contained bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The rooms have been carefully and imaginatively designed and, collectively, suit the needs of people across a wide spectrum of disability. There is a comfortable lounge with a TV, video and audio system, a well-appointed kitchen in which to rustle up snacks, together with a staff room. The house is fully wheelchair accessible throughout.

No.63 is extensively protected against fire, with a sophisticated alarm and a sprinkler system installed.

We plan your stay around you

As part of the booking process, a member of our team will visit you to discuss in detail your particular requirements in terms of care and support, your likes and dislikes, and any social or recreational interests you might want to pursue. If you live quite a distance from Stirling, we'll probably do this over the phone. This is your break. We are here to help you make the most of it.

Your break is provided on a full-board basis. We have excellent catering facilities here at Broom Court, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can choose to have your meals in No.63 or in Broom Court's pleasant dining room.

Available Support

As Broom Court includes a Supported Accommodation Unit, we have a staff of professionally trained care and support workers at your disposal, round the clock if you require. You have the security of knowing that there are always people on duty, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
