Strategy, Policies and Procedures
The New Tenant Participation StrategyIn September 2005, the Tenant Participation Strategy for 2005-2008 was launched. We wanted a strategy that not only did the minimum required by law, but did a lot more! This strategy therefore not only looks at the legal requirements, but incorporates a practical three year action plan. Tenants were also always asking about the lack of communication from MBHA, especially developments who were undergoing change such as remodelling or stock transfers. Appendix 2 therefore has a practical action plan and procedure for not only how we will consult you, but also timescales for how often you will be getting information. Click on the following link to see the full Tenant Participation Strategy. This strategy is having a yearly review and a draft of the updates strategy will be available for your comments shortly. Popular Policies & ProceduresAs more and more of you have been asking about policies that affect you, whether it be a decanting policy for tenants affected by remodelling or, tenants wanting to know what to do about anti-social behaviour, we thought it might be useful to put policies that affect tenants on the web so that you can access them any time, day or night! | | PDF 23kb | | | PDF 85kb | | | PDF 39kb | | | PDF 15kb | | | PDF 40kb | | | PDF 26kb | | | PDF 64kb | | | PDF 16kb | | | PDF 27kb | | | PDF 32kb | | | PDF 45kb | | | PDF 25kb | | | PDF 46kb | | | PDF 37kb |
