Tenant Satisfaction Survey
In January we carried out another Tenant Satisfaction survey where we will asked all tenants for their views on Margaret Blackwood Housing Association. This large-scale survey happens every three years so that we can understand what you are happy with, what you are not happy with, and what you think our priorities for improvement should be. From the results of the last survey, which was carried out in 2002, we listened to your views and made improvements which included: - introducing new ways to pay your rent such as the Allpay card
- consulting you in the new areas which you asked to be involved in and consulting you more in some other areas
- communicating with you by your preferred means, for example audio format and large print
- improving our newsletter content by launching the Messenger
- improving our website content
- improving our customer service by setting up a new Customer Service department
- listening to your preferences for participation, and
- improving our repairs service by ensuring the quality of repairs and tradesmen.
This year we asked you about a range of topics including: - how we communicate with you
- what contact you have with the Association
- the complaints procedure
- the services we provide
- your rent and payment methods
- the repairs service
- your home and its design
- your attitudes towards the Association.
Results of this survey and what we plan to do will be coming shortly.
