The New Tenant Participation Strategy

In December 2008, the Tenant Participation Strategy for 2008-2011 was approved by the MBHA Board. We wanted a strategy that not only did the minimum required by law, but a lot more! This strategy therefore not only looks at the legal requirements, but incorporates a practical three year action plan. Click on the following link to see the full Tenant Participation Strategy. This strategy is having a yearly review and a draft of the updates strategy will be available for your comments shortly.

A Tenant Participation Advisory Group has been set up to guide and monitor how the strategy is put into practice. This is a partnership group of tenants, staff and Board Members. it will give advice and make sure the MBHA Board knows what is happening to develop Tenant Participation within MBHA.
