We are looking for people with a positive attitude towards enabling disabled people to make the most of their opportunities. Knowledge of key working and care planning is desirable. The ability to communicate well and work in a hands-on team environment is essential. In return, MBHA offers the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contribution is a key element to the successful operation of the scheme. SVQ level 3 is preferred but not essential. Relief positions have no guaranteed hours. You will be required to be available at times of holidays and absence to maintain our support service. There will be a flexible system of working geared to tenant expectation and employee availability. This may include some evenings & weekend working.
