Blackwood employs over 400 staff, of which around 350 provide care and support services. The staff group is led by the Senior Management Team, covering the main areas of our work: Housing Services (housing and maintenance services for tenants and sharing owners); Business Development (new house building and major works to current homes); Care and Support Services and Corporate Services (Business Services, Human Resources, ICT and Administration).
