Meet the Development Team

The Development Team work in partnership with many organisations to build and manage mixed-community developments designed to meet people's individual needs. Meet our team:

David Spiers - Development Manager

David joined the association in April 2009. Previously David worked with the Development Funding Team at City of Edinburgh Council.

Abderrazak Rezig - Development Officer

Zak joined the association in March 2003. Zak's interest in sustainable design and accessible housing helped us to develop a number of successful housing projects, including Glassgreen Brae, Park Court, and Calder Place. Zak works in the east of the country from Inverness to Peebles.
