Cala Sona TenantBlackwood Homes provides accessible and affordable housing to people with disabilities and people with general housing needs, with different levels of care & support where needed.

We currently have over 1,600 properties ranging from studio flats to five bedroom family houses. These are in around 100 mixed community developments across Scotland.

How we allocate our properties

We aim to be fair, consistent, efficient and open in how we allocate properties. Our allocations policy is based on housing need or housing and support needs.
